Want to stay close to the work? If you take the project on as the project manager — handling all the discussions with the client, negotiations, scoping, and whatever else it needs to keep things on track — we share an extra 10% of the profit with you. That's 20% in total.

Who can refer?
Anyone — past clients, friends, people in your network. You don't need to be technical.
What counts as a referral?
A genuine introduction to a client or project we weren't already in conversation with.
When do I get paid?
After the project is delivered and the client has paid us for the work.
How much exactly?
10% of the profit on the project. We confirm the figure with you in writing before work begins, so everything is clear.
Can I refer more than one?
Absolutely — there's no limit. Every project that works out earns its 10%.
The fine print.

- Your 10% is calculated on the project's final profit — what's left after we pay taxes and all project costs, not the headline contract value.
- You earn only after the project is delivered and the client has fully paid us for the work.
- The referral must be a genuine introduction to a client or project we were not already in conversation with.
- We confirm the exact figure with you in writing before work begins, so everything is clear.
- The offer applies to qualifying referrals made after June 1 and before the end of August 2026. We may update or end the offer at any time, but referrals already confirmed in writing are honoured.
