1. Data we collect
Information you give us. When you use a form on the Site:
- Contact form — your name, email address, optional company name, and the message you send us.
- Referral form — your name and email, the name and email of the contact you are introducing, their optional company name, and details about the project.
Technical data. Like most websites, our hosting and form infrastructure may automatically record limited technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and the time of a request, for security and to keep the Site running. We do not use advertising or behavioural tracking.
2. How we use your data
- to respond to your enquiry and communicate with you about it;
- to discuss, scope, and deliver projects you ask us about;
- to administer our referral programme, where relevant;
- to operate, maintain, and secure the Site;
- to comply with our legal obligations.
3. Legal basis
We process personal data under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) on the basis of your consent (when you choose to contact us), our taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and running our business, and, where applicable, compliance with a legal obligation.
4. Referrals — data about other people
If you submit someone else’s details through the referral form, you confirm that you have a proper basis to share their information with us. We will use those details only to reach out about the potential project, and we handle them under this policy.
5. Service providers
We use trusted third parties to operate the Site. Form submissions are delivered to us through our form provider (Web3Forms), and the Site is served by our hosting provider. These providers process data only as needed to provide their service to us. We do not sell your personal data.
6. International transfers
Some of our service providers may process data outside Romania or the European Economic Area. Where that happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses) to protect your data.
